About Craig Newsholme

Vancouver-born Craig Newsholme is a professional realtor with a deep knowledge of the dynamic local real estate scene. He represents the best interests of sellers and buyers from start to finish with more than 40 years of experience. Craig’s ability to see the big picture, to focus on details, and to implement effective strategies for successfully dealing with every scenario began early in his career.

Those who know him understand that Craig Newsholme does his homework in preparation for every transaction he oversees on behalf of buyers and sellers.

As an example, back in the mid 1980’s, Craig’s homework as a fresh new realtor focused on old style footwork and phonework. Over a two year period, by foot or by phone, Craig set out to make contact with hundreds of homeowners in an area bounded by Broadway to the north, 49th to the south, Clark/ Knight to the east and Cambie to the west. This broad-based, old-school strategy of hitting the pavement to introduce himself to under-presented homeowners paid off. By 1990, Craig’s Rolodex was overflowing with contacts. Over the years he has nurtured each one of these connections with homeowners, reaching out regularly, remembering birthdays, attending to even the smallest of real estate needs.

Now, all these years later, as residents consider downsizing, Craig is the first realtor they call: a trusted real estate representative proven to have their best interests in mind, a knowledgable agent to oversee the sale of the cherished family home.

To counterbalance life as a realtor, outside of office hours Craig focuses on family, friends, being a regular blood donor and acting as a volunteer driver for the BC Cancer Society.
